• Website URL — to perform the AI-readiness analysis

Information generated by the analysis

• Publicly available content of the audited website (HTML, metadata, robots.txt, sitemap, indexable content)
• Results of technical and content checks
• Citation test results from AI search engines

Technical usage data

• IP address (for abuse prevention and rate limiting)
• Date and time of requests to the Service
• Audit history

We do not collect: sensitive personal data, data from minors under 13, financial or payment card information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We use the following providers to deliver the Service:

Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

• Audit data: 12 months from creation date
• Email address: Until you request deletion
• IP address: 30 days from the request date

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Cookies

Tolrank uses only strictly necessary technical cookies:

• Session cookie (httpOnly, sameSite: Lax) — to authenticate access to the management panel

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, behavioral advertising, or social media cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately at hola@tolrank.lat.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

• Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encrypted API keys stored as server-side secrets
• Authentication-protected admin panel
• Row Level Security (RLS) in our database
