1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tolrank (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tolrank is an AI-readiness audit platform that:

• Analyzes websites via automated technical crawling
• Evaluates content using large language models (LLMs)
• Performs citation tests in AI search engines
• Generates implementation artifacts (JSON-LD, llms.txt, FAQs)
• Provides a project management dashboard

The initial audit is free. Implementation and monitoring services are billed according to the proposal sent to the client.

3. Permitted Use

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have authorization from the website owner to audit the indicated site
• You will not use the Service to analyze third-party sites without consent
• You will not attempt to overload, hack, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• You will provide accurate information when requesting an audit
• You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

Generated artifacts (JSON-LD, llms.txt, FAQs, executive summaries) are deliverables for exclusive use by the client on their own website.

Tulkas LLC retains all rights to:

• The Tolrank software, algorithms, and analysis methodology
• The AI-readiness scoring and classification models
• The platform design, brand, and visual elements

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Tulkas LLC does not guarantee:

• Specific improvements in AI engine rankings or citations
• That generated artifacts are error-free
• Commercial results from implementation
• Uninterrupted availability of the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TULKAS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

8. Changes to Terms

Tulkas LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users with active services at least 30 days in advance.
